Our amphitheater rental provides the perfect outdoor setting for performances and large gatherings. The Sanford Schmid Amphitheater features professional staging and seating for memorable performances, making it ideal for concerts, theatrical productions, festivals, and community events.
This outdoor venue includes a full stage area with dressing rooms and restrooms specifically designed for performers. The amphitheater seating provides excellent sightlines for audiences, while the natural outdoor setting creates an unforgettable atmosphere. A concession stand area is available for events requiring refreshments, and designated parking areas ensure convenient access for all guests.

The hall provides a weather-protected environment while still offering outdoor patio access for guests who want to enjoy the Texas climate. With included parking and flexible setup options, Pavilion Hall accommodates both formal and casual events with equal elegance.

- Pavilion Hall: $450 per day
- Kitchen Access: $100 per day

Hanslik Hall: Elegant Venue with Flexible Options
As a premier Texas event venue, Hanslik Hall provides elegant accommodations with both 4-hour and all-day rental options. This beautifully appointed space includes all tables and chairs, making event planning simpler and more cost-effective.
The hall features both 6-foot rectangle tables and 5-foot round tables, along with banquet chairs for formal seating arrangements. Patio chairs are available for outdoor portions of your event, while additional rental items like cocktail tables, serpentine tables, and bars allow for complete customization.

- Chapel Only: $500
- Chapel + Hanslik Hall: $1,200
- Chapel + Pavilion Hall: $1,000
- Damage Deposit: $200 (separate payment)
Bundle packages provide significant savings for events requiring both ceremony and reception spaces. Each hall rental requires a separate contract and deposit, but the combined pricing offers excellent value for complete wedding packages.
The chapel rental is limited to one day maximum, ensuring each event receives dedicated attention and proper setup time. Professional cleaning and maintenance are included, preserving the chapel’s pristine condition for future events.
Booking Policies
All venues require advance booking with deposits due at contract signing. Final payments are due 30 days prior to events, with specific cancellation policies varying by venue. Our comprehensive rules and regulations ensure successful events while protecting our historic facilities.
